I hate all those weight loss diets… All of them dictate you. Eat these foods only… No, never eat those foods… So what if it’s your favorite dish!… You want to lose weight or what?... Horrible, it’s like bloody Hitler f**kin your brain out.

And after all this DEPRIVATION you loose couple of pounds that you gain back as soon you stop dieting (from my personal experience). Yes, and for nothing you also loose your freedom of eating your favorite foods, your happiness and energy to enjoy life to its fullest. It’s more painful than being fat. You are separated from your group, as they are eating their favorite foods and enjoying life in front of your eyes, but you have your agenda of losing weight… like losing weight is the only thing you are living for!!!
